We try our very best to make sure your personalized item is perfect! Due to the personalized nature we can not accept returns. We understand though that sometimes we make mistakes. If your item has a spelling error or malfunction let us know so we can make it right!
If there is an issue with your order please let us know within 30 days. After that we can't offer an exchange.
