Stamp set: Stamp is mounted on a plate and installed in a rectangle self inking machine. Black ink cartridge is included.
Stamp Plate: Already have a rectangle stamp machine? Add a new design or update information with a plate that can replace or be interchanged with your existing stamp machine.
Wood Mounted: Stamp will be mounted on a rectangle wood block. You will need to provide an ink pad with this option.
Shipping: Please allow up to 3 weeks for this personalized product to ship, however we try our best to get it to you much sooner! We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you won't have to wonder when it's coming!

Honestly, the first time the stamp was sent I wasn't crazy about the font. The customer service was a step above, stampy hippo quickly offered solutions. I forgot to reply to her and then a package came. It was the new stamp.....she took it upon herself to send it to me to make sure I was happy. Will always buy my stamps from her based on this experience and will refer friends and family as well!
